The L260 Queen Arabesque Pleco ( Hypancistrus sp. “L260” ) is one of the most beautiful and elegant L-number catfish. It originates from the Rio Tapajós in Brazil and impresses with its artistic, black and white line pattern reminiscent of delicate arabesques – hence its regal name “Queen Arabesque”.

This peaceful, compact L-number catfish remains relatively small, reaching a final size of about 10–12 cm, and is ideally suited for community aquariums with other calm species. Hypancistrus L260 prefers warm, oxygen-rich aquariums with a gentle current and plenty of hiding places among rocks and driftwood.
