Hygrophila corymbosa 'Stricta' XL

This variety has larger but narrower leaves than the parent form H. corymbosa.

The underwater leaves appear light green, but the distances between the leaf pairs are closer underwater.

In open aquariums, the shoot tips can grow out and quickly show a strong, dark green leaf color again. Good lighting and the supply of CO2 promote growth considerably. Large-leaved Hygrophila develop their full potential best in aquariums of 100 cm or more. To achieve an attractive effect, a plant group of at least 10 to 15 stems should be created.
